Annually, Smart Moves Enterprises (a nonprofit healthy lifestyle company that works with public school children, youth and teens) and FitSciences showcase the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle with an annual Health Expo and Fitness Championship. This two day health expo and competition is a drug-free and all natural competition, featuring a sports combine where adults, middle and high school students exhibit their agility and strength proficiency in the 40 meter dash, standing broad jump, push up, sit up, and pro agility drill stations. The competition also features transition, transformation and both national and international competitors promoting fitness, figure, model, and pro wheelchair bodybuilding events.

http://www.FTV.com/videos MILAN - The beachwear in Milan is just about as daring as any Brazilian beachwear fashion show in Rio or Sao Paulo. Jerry Tommolini, for example, with his collection for Agogoa for the Spring/Summer 2012 at Milan Fashion Week creates sophisticated, even daring bathing suits and bikinis that appear as stylish as they are bold. The models are muscular to convey that boldness, and walk with strength as they showcase grayish-blue bikinis to go with their palm tree headwear, chunky necklaces, and fringed heels. Bikinis and bathing suits with stripes are worn with tight form fitting leggings that could as easily be mistaken for clubbing clothes. Some bikinis have embellishments, while others are just sassy--not the typical bikinis you'd seen for a downtown girl down the shore, but for the girl who knows what she wants--who conveys power as well as style. A bit of a nature theme is added to the mix and the result is beachwear you want to wear.

The bikini has spawned many stylistic variations. A regular bikini is defined as a two pieces of garments that cover the groin and buttocks at the lower end and the breasts in the upper end. Some bikinis can offer a large amount of coverage, while other bikinis provide only the barest minimum. Topless variants may still be considered bikinis, although technically no longer two-piece swimsuits.[34] Along with a variation in designs, the term bikini was followed by an often hilarious lexicon including the monokini (top part missing), seekini (transparent bikini), tankini (tank top, bikini bottom), camikini (camisole top and bikini bottom) and hikini. Since fashions of different centuries exist beside one another in early 21st century, though it is possible to imagine a woman combining a bikini and a 1910 bathing costume.
