Four years after reuniting for a world tour, Spice Girls Victoria "Posh" Beckham, 38, Geri "Ginger" Halliwell, 39, Emma "Baby" Bunton, 36, Melanie "Scary" Brown, 37, and Melanie "Sporty" Chisholm, 38, came together once more in London June 26 to announce details of a West End musical based on their biggest hits.

"It's better than we could ever have imagined," Chisholm said. According to Beckham, the show will "be introducing a whole new generation to Girl Power."
The five women met up at the St. Pancras Hotel in London, where they filmed their "Wannabe" music video in 1996. The musical, titled Viva Forever, was written by Absolutely Fabulous co-creator Jennifer Saunders, 53, and is being produced by Judy Craymer.
"I loved what the Spice Girls did for women's confidence," Craymer said at Tuesday's press conference. "There's something very empowering about them."

Added Saunders: "The second I knew this project was up for grabs I rang my agent and said I had to be involved."
Halliwell famously left the Spice Girls in 1998; the five members have not appeared together since their 2007-2008 reunion tour. Viva Forever previews from November 27 and opens December 11 at London's Piccadilly Theatre.
