The Girls Aloud star, who's kept a low profile since leaving rehab at the end of last year, stepped out in a pair of leopard print harem pants this week with a white crop top - but her shoes demanded the most attention.
Sarah's bizarre bright pink studded Jeffrey Campbell footwear boasted a precarious-looking heel that required the star to tread very carefully.
The 30-year-old was all smiles as she headed to a fashion show at Claridge's hotel.
She appears to have recovered from her tough end to 2011, when she was admitted to a South African clinic to deal with her alcohol dependency and addiction to Zopiclone tablets.
Sarah, who said her drinking spiralled out of control after her split from fiancé Tom Crane, spent her first 3 days in the clinic in detox, where she was put on valium.
'They literally comatose you in case you have a fit,' Sarah told The Sun.
'Because if you come off alcohol too quickly you have fits.
'I wasn't drinking as heavily as some people in there, so luckily I got out after 3 days to continue my treatment.'
